Join us for an evening dedicated to creativity, fellowship and wellness, with 100% of the proceeds going to The Yoga for Mental Health Initiative.  We will have a short, yinasana class followed by delicious treats (& adult beverages, of course!)  and creative Mala bead making time!

We’d like to introduce two new teachers
Aimee Maschhoff RYT
  Aimee has a background in Physical Therapy, and was initially drawn to yoga for its physical challenges.  However, it was because of both the mental and physical benefits of the practice that she kept coming back.  She is a sweet spirit and will be guiding us every Thursday morning at 8:30 for an All Levels Flow.  You will not be disappointed!
Jon Atkinson RYT, CHt
Jon recently moved to the Chattanooga area from Tempe, Az.  He is an intuitive guidance specialist and yoga teacher.  His goal is to aid students in improving their lives by utilizing the deeper practice of yoga, Nidra, & guided imagery.  Jon will be starting a completely new Gentle class on Friday nights at 5:15 (starting October 7).  Join him on your journey to wellness!
