Aerial Yoga Basics |
This class uses a sling or hammock suspended from the ceiling. The hammock is a specialized device that allows class participants to take their practice deeper and take stress off of your joints. Relieving pressure from your joints and giving the low back traction feels fantastic. Many classes that are generally difficult are much more easily performed. Even inversions are safe for beginners in aerial yoga. Participants should come with an open mind and playful spirit! Class size is limited to six, so sign up early! Classes offered three times a week: Wednesday at 5 pm, Thursday at 10 am, and Saturday at 8:30 am.
