As a dancer and distance runner, I was drawn to yoga as a powerful form of cross-training.  However, with each class I grew to realize just how transformative yoga can be on many levels. Eager to share this powerful practice, I earned my 200 hr. training at Peachtree Yoga Center in 2015. As a physical therapist, I have professional experience in movement analysis, injury prevention and rehabilitation and I aim to teach with the utmost attention to safety and alignment. I hope each class we share will leave you feeling nurtured yet challenged, vulnerable yet strong, and self-aware yet connected to the yogis around you. And, if all else fails, I promise to always have cool playlists and long savasanas!
